ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT women's track & field team competed at the second RIT Friday Meet of the year at Gordon Field House, Friday.

• Senior Katie Cobos placed second in the 3,000 with a time of 10:43.87
• Graduate student Sydney Burgard finished fourth in the 5,000 with a time of 19:31.76
• The 4x400 relay team of Cobos, first-year Rachael Ladd, first-year Therese Georgia and Burgard finished fourth with a time of 4:47.70
• First-year Amelia Geck placed fifth in the shot put with a distance of 11.32m
• First-year Amelia Burger finished seventh in the 60 hurdles with a time of 10.98
• First-year Mia Gerber placed seventh in the high jump with a height of 1.42m

The Tigers return to action next Friday (Feb. 16) competing in the Nazareth Conference Tune-up at Golisano Field House with events starting at 3:30 p.m.
