BOSTON, M.A. – The RIT women's track & field team competed at the Boston University Valentine Invitational, Friday.

• Graduate student Catherine Fox placed fifth in the pole vault, breaking her own program-record height with a 3.62m effort.
• Junior Allison Regnante finished eighth in the 60 hurdles with a time of 9.55
• Sophomore Sadie Rose placed 12th in the 200 lowering her own program record time with a 24.62 clocking
• Rose also finished 32nd in the 400 with a program-record 56.35 effort.
• Junior Emily DiMarco placed 13th in both the shot put (11.15m) and the weight throw (13.49m)
• Regnante finished 16th in the long jump with a distance of 4.92m
• Sophomore Rania Sabri placed 17th in the triple jump with a distance 10.54m, followed by senior Violet Ameele in 19th (9.94m)

The Tigers return to action next Friday (Feb. 16) competing in the Nazareth Conference Tune-up at Golisano Field House with events starting at 3:30 p.m.
