Baylee West scored three goals in the Tigers 22-11 loss at Skidmore, Saturday.
 
First-years 
Adele Jones and 
Zoe Heffernan each tallied a goal and two assists, and graduate student goalie 
Michelle Messenger made nine saves for the Tigers.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
	- First-year Serafina Kiselgof scored 23-seconds into the game to give RIT the lead.
 
	- Skidmore's Jillian Lockwood tied the game on her goal with 11:01 to play in the opening frame.
 
	- West scored off an assist from Kiselgof with 9:28 remaining in the quarter to give the Tigers a 2-1 lead.
 
	- The Thoroughbreds scored back-to-back goals to take a 3-2 lead with 6:57 to play.
 
	- Heffernan scored off an assist from Jones with 4:20 to play to tie the score at 3-3.
 
	- Lockwood scored her second goal of the quarter with 3:32 to play to give Skidmore a 4-3 lead.
 
	- West and Jones two straight goals late in the quarter to give the Tigers a 5-4 lead.
 
	- Gabriella Modesti scored twice for Skidmore, giving the Thoroughbreds a 6-5 lead on her goal with 12:20 to play in the half.
 
	- Junior Carrissa Hlywa and first-year Ella Doan scored back-to-back goals. Doan's goal with 8:19 to play in the half gave RIT a 7-6 lead.
 
	- Lockwood capped off a three-goal Skidmore run with her goal with 2:56 to play to give the Thoroughbreds a 9-7 lead.
 
	- First-year Kate Trojan scored late in the half to cut the Skidmore lead to 9-7 at the break.
 
	- Skidmore outscored RIT 8-2 in the third quarter. Skidmore's Maddy Marr scored with 2:54 remaining in the third to extend the Thoroughbreds lead to 17-10.
 
	- Senior Kayleigh Ground and sophomore Lily DePalma each scored for RIT in the quarter.
 
	- The Thoroughbreds tallied the first three goals of the fourth quarter, extending their lead to 20-10 on Allison Brewer's goal with 7:23 to play.
 
	- West scored off an assist from Heffernan to cut the lead to 20-11 with 5:32 to play.
 
	- Skidmore tallied two goals late in the game to make it a 22-11 final.
 
 
GAME NOTES
	- Skidmore outshot RIT, 43-28.
 
	- RIT went 13-of-16 on clearing attempts and won 16 draw controls.
