SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - RIT sophomore outside hitter
Liv Benard totaled career highs of 28 kills and 20 digs to lead the Tigers to a 3-2 (22-25, 25-22, 25-21, 18-25, 15-13) victory at Skidmore, Friday night.
- Junior setter Sydney Neff compiled a season-high 56 assists to go along with 12 Digs.
- Senior middle blocker Calista Gasper added 15 Kills on a .458 attack percentage.
- RIT clinched the fourth seed for next week's Liberty League Tournament and will host fifth-seeded Vassar on Tuesday (Nov. 1) in a quarterfinal match at a time to be determined. The Tigers swept the visiting Brewers, 3-0 (25-17, 25-6, 25-18) last Saturday (Oct. 22) in the teams' regular season matchup.
