CANTON, NY -- The RIT (5-6, 0-5 Liberty League) men's tennis team lost, 5-4 at St. Lawrence University in Liberty League action Sunday afternoon.

In doubles, RIT won 2-of-3 points. Jake Wolicki (Canton, MA/Canton) and Jacob Meyerson (Cranston, RI/Cranston West) were 8-5 winners over Quinn Bermingham and Adam Heilbronner at second doubles. The duo of Ethan Martin (Pearland, TX/Glenda Dawson) and Nick Lim (Caldwell, NJ/James Caldwell) defeated Cole Hamiton and Benjamin Moolman, 8-7 at third doubles.

In singles, sophomore Verosh Jayanetti (Newark, DE/Newark Charter) picked up a 6-4, 6-4 win over Hamilton at third singles, while Wolicki was a 6-2, 6-3 win over Bermingham at fourth singles.

RIT is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, May 1, at Ithaca College at 1 p.m.
