Men's Soccer and Ithaca tie 0-0

ROCHESTER, NY – The RIT (9-3-4, 4-1-3 Liberty League) men's soccer team played Ithaca (7-5-5, 5-1-2 Liberty League) to a 0-0 draw in Liberty League action Wednesday. With the tie, the Tigers remain fourth in the Liberty League standings with 15 points.
 
How It Happened
  • RIT Senior Bret Kaemmerlen had a chance in the 56th minute, but his header from 10-yards out was saved by Ithaca keeper Lee Folger.
  • Junior forward Josh Price had a shot in the 101st minute from 18-yards out that just sailed over the cross-bar.
 
Game Notes
  • RIT out-shot Ithaca 12-6.
  • Freshman goalie Jason Trapp made one save to earn the tie for RIT.
  • Folger made one stop in net for the Bombers.
