CLEARWATER, FL -- The RIT (1-1) women's lacrosse team defeated Montclair State 15-14 Monday afternoon from Clearwater, Florida. First-year head coach Erin Wagner wins her first game on the bench at RIT.

Junior Olivia Africa (Syracuse, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) led tallied four goals and five points. Alanna Fallone (Penfield, NY/Penfield) tallied five goals, while Colette Rigas (Marietta, NY/Marcellus) chipped in three goals. Skylar Burlee (Churchville, NY/Churhcville-Chili) finished with a goal and an assist, while Steph Darrell (East Norhtport, NY/St. Anthony's) and MacKenna Joint each scored a goal. Rebekah Snitkoff (Fairfield, CT/Fairfield Warde) picked up the win in net for the Tigers, making six saves.

RIT returns to action on Wednesday, March 11 at 1 p.m. versus Juniata College from Clearwater, Florida.
