Kobe Walker (Lloydminster, Alberta/Lloydminster Bobcats) tallied the Tigers lone goal, as the RIT (11-9-3, 7-6-3-0-1) men's hockey team suffered a 6-1 loss at No. 14 Arizona State University (14-8-3, 0-0-0) Friday evening.
HOW IT HAPPENED

- The Sun Devils scored four goals in a 2:17 span in the third period. Freshman defenseman Jacob Semik and Walker scored back-to-back fashion. Then Walker set up by Freshman defenseman Jack Judson for the third goal of the period. Shortly after, William Knierim capitalized on a cleared puck that took a strange bounce off the boards causing RIT goaltender, Logan Drackett (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Canucks), to find himself out of position.
- ASU capped off the third period when Sophomore defenseman Jarrod Gourley took a quick shot from far out off a face-off to score the Sun Devil's fifth goal of the period and make it a 6-1 final.
