ROCHESTER, NY – Senior
Joe Grosso (Fairfield, CT/Fairfield Prep) of the RIT men's crew team, was named to the 2017-18 All-Liberty League Rowing Team.
Grosso stroked the men's varsity eight in 2017-18, culminating with a third place finish at the New York State Collegiate Rowing Championships on May 5. During the season, RIT's varsity eight placed fourth in petite final at National Rowing Championships and fifth at the Head of the Fish Regatta. Grosso helped lead the Tigers to a gold medal at the Head of the Genesee Regatta in October and an 18th place finish at the Head of the Charles Regatta.
