ROCHESTER, NY - Senior goaltender Jetta Rackleff (Bend, OR/Summit) of the RIT women's hockey team was named the College Hockey America Goaltender of the Month on Wednesday, January 6, for the month of December, 2015. It is her first monthly honor.

Rackleff returned from injury to play her first two games in nearly two months, stopping 58 of 62 shots against Lindenwood on Dec. 4-5. On Dec. 4, she made 28 saves, allowing three goals in a 4-1 loss. The next day, Rackleff stopped a season-high 30 of 31 shots, several of great quality, as RIT skated to a 1-1 draw against the Lady Lions. She posted a 1.97 goals against average and .935 save percentage in the two games.

Rackleff and the Tigers make their 2016 calendar year debut this weekend with their final two non-conference regular season games of the season at Providence College on Friday and Saturday. Friday's game starts at 2 p.m., while Saturday's starts at 1 p.m.
