POTSDAM, NY -- Junior #
Carly Augustyn (Spencerport, NY/Churchville-Chili)# scored with one minute to play in the third overtime to lift the RIT women's lacrosse team to a 13-12 win over host Clarkson (3-6, 0-4 Liberty League) in Liberty League action on Friday. The win is the fourth straight for the Tigers, who improve to 6-4 on the season and 4-1 in the Liberty League.

Augustyn scored the game-winner with one remaining after Vakiener had a free position attempt saved by Clarkson goalie Hannah Walters.
Clarkson held a 30-27 edge in shots, and a 17-16 groundball advantage. RIT won 14-of-29 draw controls and turned the ball over 16 times.
RIT held a 9-6 lead at half time. Lampson scored three of her five goals in the first half, while Vakiener scored all five of her points in the first half. Vlassis had two first half goals, and Podrasky scored a goal and added an assist.

Loren Azlein (Cleveland, OH/Gilmour Academy)#'s goal at the 25:56 mark of the second half gave RIT a 10-7 lead.
The Golden Knights responded with four straight goals, tying the score at 10-10 on a goal by Alyssa Cristaldi with 11:24 to play in regulation. Cristaldi then gave Clarkson its first lead since early in the first half with 6:08 to play.
Lampson answered back for the Tigers with 4:06 to play, tying the score at 11-11 on her fourth goal of the game.
Cristaldi had a free position shot with three seconds to play in regulation, but Crane answered the call, making the save, sending the game into overtime.
Clarkson struck with :57 remaining in the first overtime on a Cristaldi goal. Lampson repsonded with a game-tying goal with 2:21 to play in the second overtime setting up Augustyn's game winner in the third overtime.
The Tigers will face St. Lawrence University on Saturday, April 14 at 1 p.m. in Canton, New York.
