BROCKPORT, NY - The RIT wrestling team (7-8) fell to No. 25 SUNY Brockport (6-0) by a score of 32-12 at Tuttle Gym on Wednesday evening. #
Sean Sercu (Rochester, NY/Bishop Kearney) and
Nick Fuschino (Pottstown, PA/Owen J. Roberts)# were the lone winners on the evening for the Tigers.
Sercu picked up a win via forfeit at 157 lbs. for RIT's first points of the night. Fuschino picked up his team-leading 22nd win of the season at 174 lbs., defeating Clay Neivert by a pin in 6:41 to cut Brockport's lead to 22-12.

Tory Cain (Ontario, NY/Wayne) and
Tyler Brent (Gasport, NY/Royalton-Hartland)# suffered close losses at 165 lbs. and 184 lbs. respectively. Cain losto Justin James, 6-4, while Brent fell to Wheeler Brunschmid, 5-2.
RIT returns to action on Saturday, as they compete at the John Summa Invitational, hosted by Baldwin Wallace College. Action gets underway at 9 a.m.
