PITTSFORD, NY -- The RIT men's tennis team fell to St. John Fisher College, 6-3 on Tuesday afternoon in Empire 8 action on Tuesday afternoon. The loss drops RIT to 2-4 overall on the season and 1-3 in Empire 8 competition.

The Tigers three wins came in singles action. Jose Guzman (Guatemala/Collegio Valle Verde) (Guatemala/Collegio Valle Verde) defeated Matt Aquino in first singles 6-1, 6-2. Gean Yip (Palo Alto, CA/Gunn) (Palo Alto, CA/Gunn) won at second singles, defeating Tim Adler, 7-4, 7-6, 5-7 (10-4), while Chris Muench (Fairport, NY/Fairport) (Fairport, NY) defeated Jake VanBuren in sixth singles.

RIT will host SUNY Oswego on Friday afternoon at 4 pm on RIT Courts.
