In game one RIT scored three times in the first inning to propel them to a 5-2 win.
Brian Lindenau (Tucson, AZ/Sabino) (Tucson, AZ/Sabino) drove in two runs with a single up the middle.
Dan Christener (Honeoye Falls, NY) drove in
Ryan Tryt (Fulton, NY/G. Ray Bodley) (Fulton, NY/G. Ray Bodely) with a single to left field giving RIT a 3-0 lead.
The Tigers added insurance runs in the fifth and the seventh to help
Cory Langtry (Moravia, NY/Moravia) (Moravia, NY). He went 6 1/3 innings allowing two runs on eight hits. Langtry struck one and walked two.
In game two RIT trailed 4-2 heading into the top of the sixth. The Tigers scored five runs in their half of the sixth to take a 7-4 lead.
Matt Austin (Weedsport, NY/Weedsport) (Weedsport, NY) led off the sixth with a single. He advanced to second on a sacrifice bunt by
Anthony Culotta (Rochester, NY/Gates-Chili) (Rochester, NY/Gates-Chili) and scored on a single by
Geoff Dornes (Landsville, PA/Hempfield) (Landsville,PA/Hempsville).
After the Golden Knights walked Tryt to load the bases,
Matt George (Walton, NY/Walton) (Walton, NY) scored on a wild pitch, tying the score at 4-4.

Jeff Bibbens (Weedsport, NY/Weedsport) (Weedsport, NY) singled driving in two runs, giving RIT a 7-4 lead.
The Golden Knights added a run in the bottom of the seventh but
Jeff Bibbens (Weedsport, NY/Weedsport) got Clarkson out without any further damage, picking up the save.
Paul Schoeneck (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) picked up the win, releiving starter
Chad Hendy (Roseburg, OR/Glide). Schoeneck went 1 1/3 innings, allowing one run on one hit.
The sweep improves RIT to 13-7 on the season.
