Click For Complete ResultsROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT men's swimming/diving team defeated cross-town rival Nazareth College 159-96 on Saturday afternoon at the Judson Pool.
Steve Rois (Amherst, NY/Amherst) (Amherst, NY), Adam Luptak (Idaho Falls, ID/Skyline) (Idaho Falls, ID) and
Casey Schneider (Grandville, MI/Grandville) (Grandville, MI) were multiple winners for the Tigers.
Phil Baudoin (Blacksburg, VA/Blacksburg) (Blacksburg, VA), Matt Joseph (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford Sutherland) (Pittsford, NY) and
Chris Walczyk (Hodesett, NH/) (Hodesett, NH) each won one event.
Rois won the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.44) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:08.21). Luptak won the 100-yard backstroke (58.67) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.31); and Schneider won the 50-yard freestyle (23.17) and 100-yard freestyle (51.27).
Phil Baudoin (Blacksburg, VA/Blacksburg) won the 1,000-yard freestyle in a time 10:26.62,
Chris Walczyk (Hodesett, NH/) won the 200-yard breaststroke in a time of 2:26.21 and Joseph won the one-meter diving event with a score of 260.45.
The 400-yard
medley relay team of Pete Kaemmerlen (Fairport, NY/Fairport) (Fairport, NY), Chris Walczyk (Hodesett, NH/), Matt Jenkins (Springfield, MA/Springfield) (Springfield, MA) and
Phil Baudoin (Blacksburg, VA/Blacksburg) won the event in a time of 3:45.89.
