WORCESTER, MA - The RIT men's crew team won two of three races against Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Tufts on Saturday afternoon.
RIT's Novice 8 squad emerged victorious, defating three crew teams by nearly 11 seconds in a time of 6:31.98.
The RIT varsity eight won finished second out of four teams, finishing with a time of 6:13.15.
The men's varsity four won easily in 7:08.60, defeating the hosts by nearly 18 seconds.
The squad is back in action on Saturday, May 6, as they compete in the New York State Championships.
