Women's Swimming Falls To Oswego

ROCHESTER, NY
-- The RIT women's swimming and diving team was defeated by SUNY Oswego on Wednesday afternoon. The Tigers fell to the Lakers 98-134. Kristen Curtze (Edinboro, PA/General McLane) and Caitlyn Burr (Delhi, NY/Delaware Academy) were two event winners in the meet.

Burr won the 200-yard IM with a finish of 2:13.52. The freshman also broke the RIT and Pool record for the 200-fly with a time of 2:12.34.

Curtze placed first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:02.79, and won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 55.78.

The Tigersharks are back in action Saturday, November 11 at 1 p.m. as they host St. Lawrence at Judson Pool.
