FT. MYERS, FL -- The RIT (0-3) softball team continued play on Monday in Ft. Myers, Florida. This morning the Tigers fell to Alma, 3-0.

RIT mustered just two hits against Alma from Shari McNamara (Rome, NY/Rome Catholic) and Nicole Taylor (Oswego, NY/Oswego). McNamara had a double in the seventh, while Taylor's hit was a single in the third inning.

Shari McNamara (Rome, NY/Rome Catholic) started the game for RIT, going all seven innings. She allowed three runs on six hits. She had five strike outs and two walks.
