ROCHESTER,N.Y.--The RIT women's tennis team hosted their first home match of the season Friday, Sept. 5 against the Oneonta State Red Dragons. Oneonta came into the match 1-0, defeating Russell Sage but lost to RIT 5-2.

RIT took the doubles point by winning two of the three matches. In singles Sara Kula (Davie, FL/Lafayette), Jenn Hume, Aimee Holmerg and Mehak Sujan (Muscort, Oman/) came through with victories, giving the Tigers the win. Sujan played a tough three set match and pulled through to defeat Lisa Seelig at sixth singles.
