ROCHESTER, N.Y.—All 18 members of the Rochester Institute of Technology men’s basketball team’s roster saw action in tonight’s 76-53 victory over the Hawks of Hartwick at Clark Gymnasium.

Tonight’s match up was to mark Mike Stanton (Honeoye Falls, N.Y.) hitting 17 for his 1,000-career point, however Hartwick changed that keeping Stanton to only four points. Other Tigers stepped up coming off the bench combing for 38 of the Tigers points. Fran Snyder (Buffalo, NY/Bishop Timon St. Jude) (Buffalo, N.Y.) led this group with nine while Albert White (Addison, N.Y./Notre Dame) (Addison, N.Y.) and Brent Pozzi (Rochester, NY/Gates Chili) (Rochester, N.Y.) each tallied six.

RIT held a commanding 15 point lead at the half shooting 42.9 percent from the floor and would continue to own the scoreboard until time expired. Hartwick’s young squad was unable to contain the stronger faster Tiger Team. Sean Murphy (Buffalo, NY/Williamsville North) (Buffalo, N.Y.) and Reggie Shore (Amityville, NY/Amityville) (Amityville, N.Y.) each added 10.

Nate Cramer (Ithaca, N.Y.) paced Hartwick with 12 points and seven boards while Tony Muraca rallied in the second half to net nine.

The Tigers return to action tomorrow when they host Utica Pioneers at Clark Gymnasium.
