RIT Women's Tennis Cruises Past Brockport 7-2

Rochester, N.Y. - RIT's Women Tennis team continue their winning streak picking up their fourth straight by beating Brockport 7-2. The victory brings their record to 5-1 on the season.

Victor native Alysia Schmaltz earned her first victory of the year with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Laura Farrell in the no. 6 spot. Freshman phenom Jennifer Hume (Nashville, Tenn.) and RIT Athlete of the Week Sara Kula (Chesterfield, Mo.) each kept their perfect seasons intact with dominating victories in their singles matches.

RIT looks to make it five in a row when they host Wells College Sunday at 1 p.m.
