ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Senior tri-captain Megan Condon (Bohemia, N.Y./East Islip) scored the game-winning goal at 2:20 into the second overtime to advance the Tigers to the Championship game of the Rachel Miller Memorial Tournament.
RIT got on the board first with an unassisted goal by Ashley Hall (Kutztown, Pa./Brandywine) at the 15:52 mark in the first period. Oswego tied the game when Lynn Halloran scored off a corner kick from Ariana Cuadrado at 32:26. RIT's goalkeeper Carrie Yehle (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) had an unbelieveable game, making some great saves.
Earlier in the morning, Le Moyne defeated Muhlenberg 5-2 in the first game of the tournament. Tomorrow's consolation game will match Muhlenberg against Oswego at 11 a.m., while the championship game will be held at 1:30 p.m. between RIT and Le Moyne.
