RIT Swimming/Diving defeats Buffalo State

The RIT Tigersharks swimming and diving teams defeated Buffalo State on Saturday. The men of RIT scored 145 to Buffalo State's 71. The RIT women defeated Buffalo State's women by a score of 131-94.

RIT took first place in both the men's and the women's 400 yard medley relays. The men's team was comprised of Chris Ruddy, Dustin Partridge, Jon Orlofsky, and Ken Kania. Tara Nesbitt, Andrea Olson, Daniela Palacio, and Jennifer Indovina made up the women's team.

Women's 1650 Freestyle: Brooke Chornyak (19:58.58)
Men's 1650 Freestyle: Kaemmerlen Peter (17:20.25)

Women's 200 Freestyle: Daniela Palacio (2:04.33)

Women's 50 Freestyle: Jennifer Indovina (0:27.19)
Men's 50 Freestyle: Erik Zelbacher (0:22.45)

Women's 200 Individual Medley: Tara Nesbitt (2:25.31)
Men's 200 Individual Medley: Luis Garcia (2:11.48)

Women's 1 m Diving: Mickenzie Peebles (202.20)
Men's 3 m Diving: Ryan Schaefer (246.05)

Women's 100 Butterfly: Daniela Palacio (1:04.71)
Men's 100 Butterfly: Erik Zelbacher (0:56.67)

Women's 100 Freestyle: Jennifer Indovina (0:59.32)
Men's 100 Freestyle: David Koh (0:50.24)

Women's 100 Backstroke: Tara Nesbitt (1:05.14)
