MacIntosh was named Most Valuable Player of the Empire 8 Men’s Lacrosse Championship, as he scored seven goals and added three assists to lead RIT to its second consecutive conference title. He scored four second-half goals as the top-seeded Tigers battled back from a 6-1 halftime deficit to defeat fourth-seeded Ithaca 13-9 in the semifinals on Friday. MacIntosh won seven of eight face-offs and grabbed three ground balls. He followed that with three goals, three assists, 12 ground balls, and won 12 of 21 face-offs in the Tigers’ 24-10 victory over Nazareth in the title game on Sunday.  He is tied for the team lead in scoring with 62 points on 36 goals and 26 assists.
