McInally earned his second All-American honor, finishing as the runner-up at 133 lbs. at the 2011 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wis. McInally, the fourth seed in this year's tournament, finished the season with a 37-4 record and his career with a 141-20 mark. McInally opened with a 9-3 win over Paul Marcello from John Hopkins in the first round. He then came from behind late to defeat fifth-seed Adam Sheley of host Wisconsin-La Crosse in the quarterfinals, 6-4. On Saturday morning, McInally defeated previously unbeaten, top-seeded William Livingston of Centenary College of New Jersey, 4-1 to advance his second NCAA Championship in three years. McInally fell to Ithaca's Seth Ecker, 6-2 in the championship.
