Wendt, who will compete at the 2011 NCAA Championships next month, won the 1-meter diving at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Championships with a score of 489.70 points, breaking a school record set nearly five years ago to the day by former All-American #Quinn Donahoe# by just over 11 points.  In the prelims of the 3-meter Wendt broke a 21-year old UNYSCSA record by scoring 555.70 points.  He recorded 526.65 points in the final to easily win the event and break the school record by 16 points.
