Varble won the 800-meter run in a time of 2:20.98 and was part of the 4 x 400-meter relay team that was victorious at the 2011 Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field Championships on Sunday. Varble teammed with Brianne Yannotta, Amanda Gordon, and Jouhan Allende to win the 4x400-meter relay by just under 10 seconds in 4:13.16.
