McInally, who missed all but one match last season, due to injury, opened the season by winning all four match en route to the championship in his weight class (133) at the Monarch Invitational hosted by King's on Saturday. McInally opened with a pin in 6:40 over Griffin Panicucci of Wilkes. He then defeated Andrew Cabibbo of Oneonta, 15-4, and Benjamin Mikac of Oneonta, 9-6 to reach the final. McInally, the top-seed, defeated second-seeded Vinny Signorello, 6-5 in the championship for the victory. McInally is ranked second nationally at 133 lbs.
