Burr broke three school records at the 2010 UNYSCSA Championships. On Thursday, she repeated as champion in the 200-yard individual medley, breaking her own school record and recording a NCAA "A" cut time, finishing in 2:05.53. She broke her own school record in the event by 11 one-hundredths of a second. On Friday, Burr placed second in the 400-yard IM with a NCAA "B" cut time of 4:30.39, breaking her own school record which she set earlier in the season. She was in the lead until the final lap. On Saturday, Burr placed second in the 200-yard butterfly coming home in a NCAA "B" cut qualifying time of 2:06.29. Burr was also part of the 400-yard medley relay team that smashed a two-year school record by seven seconds, finishing eighth in the prelims with a time of 4:05.20.
