Hardbarger placed first out of 138 runners, at the Warde Invitatioanl hosted by SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday. He broke an 18-year old course record, finishing the 8,000-meter race in a time of 27:13.29. He led the top four finishers from RIT, as the Tigers easily won the Warde Invitational.
