Burr recorded two All-American honors at the 2009 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. She earned honorable mention All-American honors in the 200-yard individual medley on Wednesday and did the same in the 200-butterfly on Friday. On Wednesday, Burr placed 16th in the preliminaries of the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:06.29, ensuring her honorable mention All-American honors. In the final, Burr went in 2:07.48 and finished 15th. On Friday morning, Burr placed 11th in the preliminaries of the 200-yard butterfly, finishing the event in a time of 2:05.76, just 11 one-hundredths off her school record time and just 16 one-hundredths of a second from qualifying for a chance to swim in the championship final later this evening. She placed 13th overall in the final with a time of 2:06.00. On Thursday, Burr placed 20th in the preliminaries of the 100-butterfly in a time of 57.69 seconds. She became RIT's first women's swimming and diving All-American since 1993.
