Rois, last week's Empire 8 Swimmer of the Week, won two more events on Saturday against St. Lawrence.  Rois annexed the 200-yard freestyle by nearly five seconds in 1:48.27 and easily won the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:03.82.
