Murphy scored a goal and added an assist on the game-winning goal as RIT stunned #12 Minnesota 4-3 in the opening game of the Dodge Holiday Classic on Saturday in front of 10,046 fans at Mariucci Arena.  Murphy gave RIT a 2-1 lead early in the second period and then drew an assist on Matt Smith's game-winning tally with 11 minutes left in regulation.  On Sunday, Murphy rang a tip-in attempt off the crossbar which would have tied the game against #14 Boston College at 1 late in the second period.  Boston College pulled away with five third-period goals to win 6-0 in the title game.  Murphy has three goals and seven assists for 10 points in 17 games this season.
