Klassen recorded her first collegiate hat-trick, as the #6 Tigers defeated #1 SUNY Plattsburgh 5-2 on Saturday.  Down 2-0 in the second period, Klassen got the Tigers to within one on the power-play.  She then scored the game-winning goal shorthanded early in the third period and then scored an empty net power-play goal with nine seconds left to seal the win.  She now has 10 goals and three assists for 13 points this season.  Klassen als has nine goals in her last eight games.  It was RIT's first ever win over a #1 team and first win over SUNY Plattsburgh.
