Lowe, the 2005 Empire 8 Runner of the Year, finished second versus SUNY Fredonia and the University of Rochester on Saturday afternoon at Genesee Valley Park.the 8k course in a time of 26:23. He was RIT's highest finisher and led the Tigers to the win in the three-team event.
