Dietz, making his collegiate debut, led RIT to a 1-1 record at the Doug May Classic at Nazareth over the weekend.  On Saturday against SUNY Fredonia, Dietz was hauled down in the penalty area early in the second leading to a penalty kick which Chuck Marion scored on to give a 2-0 lead.  With RIT nursing a 2-1 lead late in the second half, Dietz assisted on Andrew Ong's goal to give RIT a 3-1 margin of victory.
