Lowe won two events and was named the 2007 NYSCTC Athlete of the Meet at the meet at St. Lawrence on Friday and Saturday. Lowe won the 3,000-meter run in a time of 8:38.87. He then annexed the 5,000 meters with a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 14:48.42. He led the Tigers to a fourth-place finish, best in school history.
