Pancoast finished third in the 10,000-meters at the ECAC Championships on Thursday. She ran a fantastic race running well with the pack early then making several moves to pull into 3rd and finishing strong to hold off a late attack.  The sophomore has taken a big step forward in 2006, as she has run three 10K's this spring in under 40:05.
