Sliker broke a school record in winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Raider Challenge hosted by Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon. Sliker won the event by 57 seconds, in a time of 11:24.87. She broke the Tiger record held by Heidi Spaholz by nearly eight seconds.
