Griggs won both the weight throw and shot put at the St. Lawrence University Holiday Relay Meet on Saturday afternoon. Griggs, an All-American selection in 2004-05, won the weight throw with a throw of 13.96 meters and the shot-put with a throw of 11.78 meters.
