Key to the Tigers victory against Manhattanville was senior goalie, Tyler Euverman (Surrey, B.C.). In the victory against the Valients of Manhattanville, Euverman stopped 39 shots on goal. Resisting the turn of the tide of the game to Manhattanville during the second period, Euverman and the Tigers were outshot 16-5. Euverman held strong against the onslaught, allowing only one goal in this 20 minute period.

During the second period, Euverman stoned Guy Valleau (Calgary, Alb.) on a breakaway at 5:08 in the second period when the junior defenseman crept ahead of the play setting up the chance and he faked right then went left where Euverman stacked his pads for the save. Euverman followed with another strong stop on John Auxier (Parma Heights, Ohio) on a 2-on-1 advantage at 6:52 of the second frame.

The Tigers have a bye week due to final exams occuring in the next week. RIT resumes action when they begin their five game road trip at Geneseo State on Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.
