Williamson placed second in the 165 lb. freshman/sophomore division at the New York State Collegiate Championships, Saturday. He pinned Abdullah Alroumi (NICC) 4:31 into his opening match. He pinned Chase Taylor (USMM) 6:09 into his round of 16 bout and advanced to the semifinals with a pin against Isaiah Harris (HUNTER) 3:34 into his quarterfinal match. Williamson beat Brandon DellaPia 8-4 in the semis before a loss to Ryley Monica (ONEONTA) in the championship match.
