Harkless won the 285 lb. division to lead RIT to a second-place finish at the Ned McGinley Invitational, Saturday. After a first-round bye, top-seeded Harkless defeated Derek Martin by pinfall eight seconds into his opening match. He defeated Rahmiere Bradley, 13-0 in the quarterfinals and advanced to the finals after Evan Anderson had to forfeit in the semifinals. Harkless downed Reid Garrison with a fall 6:31 in the championship bout.
