Vaughn won the 141 lb. weight class to help the Tigers to a second-place finish at the Will Abele Invitational, Saturday. After a bye, top-seeded Vaughn defeated Andrew Minko with a 16-1 technical fall. He defeated Aaron Morocho with an 11-0 major decision in the quarter finals and defeated Josh Post 5-0 in the semifinals. Vaughn defeated Isaiah Shafer, 5-3 in the title match.
