Sangasy won three individual events and was four winning relays to help RIT to a first place finish at the 2021 Don Richards Invitational. Sangasy set a NCAA "B' cut qualifying time with a win in the 200 breaststroke, winning in a time of 2:21.70. She also won the 200 IM (2:07.59) and the 100 breaststroke (1:05.85). She swam the anchor leg in the winning 200 and 400 free relay and swam legs in the winning 200 and 400 medley relays.
