Blackall started the 2021 season with a bang, finishing 4-for-5 with two doubles, a triple, four runs scored and three RBI in Friday's 19-3 victory over Elmira. He then went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and three RBI and stole a base in Saturday's 15-14 setback at Houghton. He combined for a .600 batting average with six runs scored and six RBI in the two-game set.
