Winters helped the No. 14 RIT wrestling team to a 26-15 win over ECWC rival Oswego State Saturday afternoon from the Fulton War Memorial. Winters, ranked second in Div. III at 157 lbs., improved to 21-3 on the season with a 3-0 decision over Christian Gramuglia.
