Adams won the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke and was part of two relay records as RIT finished second at the 2019 Liberty League Championships. On Wednesday, Adams was part of the 200-yard medley relay team that shattered a school mark and set a Liberty League Championship record, winning in a time of 1:44.62. Thursday, Adams was part of the 400-yard medley relay team that shattered a school mark, recording a time of 3:53.25 in the final to place second overall. On Friday, Adams won her second straight Liberty League Championship in the 100-yard breaststroke, taking the final by two seconds in a time of 1:04.54. She recorded an NCAA "B" cut time in the preliminaries with a time of 1:03.81, just 15 one-hundredths of a second shy of her school mark. She finished the championship by winning her second individual championship in two days, crushing her own school record by nearly three seconds to win the 200-yard breaststroke by 13 one-hundredths of a second over Emily Quinn of Union in a time of 2:22.35.
