Amendola sat five seat for the varsity 8, as they rolled to wins over Ithaca and Franklin & Marshall Saturday on the Genesee River. Matched with Ithaca in the varsity 8, RIT defeated the Bombers by just under two seconds, 7:19.98 to 7:21.62. The Tigers were paired with Franklin & Marshall in the second race of the day, stopping the clock at 7:41.33 to the Diplomats' 8:27.49, as the Tigers hosted a double dual Saturday with the University of Rochester on the Genesee River's city course.
