Brown enjoyed an incredible week, scoring eight goals, while adding an assist in leading RIT to a 2-1 mark. Monday, Brown recorded his first collegiate hat-trick, scoring a goal in each of the first three periods in a 6-5 overtime win over Mercyhurst. On Saturday, Brown tied Brad McGowan's Division I team record by scoring four goals, including a natural hat-trick in the first 21 minutes as RIT cruised to a 5-0 win over Sacred Heart. Sunday, Brown scored a goal and added an assist in a 5-3 loss. He now has 12 points in his last five games (8-4-12) and has jumped to second in all of Division I with 25 goals (two shy of RIT's DI team record).
